| The practice of C2C Consulting Engineers has recently changed its trading name from De Villiers Partnership Civils. |

| As De Villiers Partnership Civils, it has been practicing since October 2002 The practice primarily came about after the well established practice of Vennootskap De Villiers, known for the landmark structures throughout Cape Town, required suitable professional and technical expertise to do the civil components of their projects. |
